CME Cancellation Policy   CME Substitution Policy

Due to the inherent costs of establishing, holding, and refilling participant slots along with associated administrative costs, the following cancellation charge schedule has been established:

  • 3 to 6 weeks prior: participant will be charged 50% of program fee.
  • Within 3 weeks: participant will be charged 100% of program fee.

Cancellation fees are based on the number of weeks from the class start date of the first session.  All cancellation notices must be received in writing (e-mail communication will suffice).

 

*Qualified substitutes for registrations 
     can be accommodated with advance
     written notice prior to the start of the
     program. 

*After the start of the program, all 
     requests for substitution will be
     for consideration only by 
     Carleton & Company.
