The firm offers consulting services in the areas of organizational effectiveness, top team alignment, executive coaching, employee engagement and human capital management. Lawrence is a former IBM executive with over 30 years of experience in the information technology industry. His tenure at IBM included 15 years of line management and executive consulting experience in leadership and organizational development, client satisfaction management and employee engagement.
Lawrence is a native of New Orleans, La. where he graduated from Xavier University of La. wit ha BS in Accounting. He completed more than 600 hours of education over the course of his career at IBM including training provided by Harvard Business School, the Hay Group, and the Human Capital Institute. Lawrence serves on the Board of the North Texas Minority Chamber of Commerce, is a member of the Irving Chamber of Commerce and also participates in the Dallas Independent School District’s Principal Executive Partnership program.
