Lawrence Epps, Jr. is certified as a Master Human Capital Strategist by the Human Capital Institute. He specializes in accelerated change consulting using a variety of problem solving frameworks to help executive teams tackle complex cross-organizational issues that are impeding the achievement of critical business objectives.
Lawrence is managing principal of LEE Diversified Consulting Group, a firm intent on helping its clients to accelerate business performance through a deliberate focus on leadership and organizational effectiveness. The firm offers consulting services in the areas of organizational effectiveness, top team alignment, executive coaching, employee engagement and human capital management. Through its affiliate network, LEE Diversified Consulting Group can also help business with energy management, technology investment optimization and go-to-market channel expansion.
Lawrence is a former IBM executive with over 30 years of experience in the information technology industry. His tenure at IBM included 15 years of line management and executive consulting experience in leadership and organizational development, client satisfaction management and employee engagement.
Lawrence is a native of New Orleans, La. where he graduated from Xavier University of La. wit ha BS in Accounting. He completed more than 600 hours of education over the course of his career at IBM including training provided by Harvard Business School, the Hay Group, and the Human Capital Institute. Lawrence serves on the Board of the North Texas Minority Chamber of Commerce, is a member of the Irving Chamber of Commerce and also participates in the Dallas Independent School District’s Principal Executive Partnership program.
