Perry is known for his coaching work in the areas of team coaching, leadership coaching, coach training, talent management and professional development. His expertise is helping individuals and teams understand their unique personal traits, gifts, talents, strengths, temperament, and “blind spots.” Next, he coaches clients to a place of effective performance and service within the organization. Perry’s are consistently recognized for their leadership accomplishments as a result of his coaching.

A founding partner of Internal Impact, LLC and former internal coach at IBM, his extensive experience in various areas of business gives him a broad and diverse background for coaching individuals and teams. Perry also coaches leaders who desire to enhance their personal performance, career and leadership effectiveness. His self-discovery coaching technique afford clients to live more purposeful and authentic lives. Perry’s coaching experiences includes coaching engagement design, training and coach resource management.

The ICF PRISM award recognizes organization that integrate coaching as part of their business strategy and is committed to enhance and improve their leadership. Perry is certified by The Coaches Training Institute – Certified Professional Co-Active Coach credentialed by the International Coaching Federation as a Professional Certified Coach and certified Myers Briggs Temperament Indicator (MBTI) consultant.
